Description

We have felt for a variety of uses. Here we offer soft, approximately 4.5 mm thick felt, which is suitable as a base for felting. It is easy to cut and shape. The edges of the felt do not fray or fray. The felt is a very fire-resistant material and helps to absorb sound.
After carding, the wool has been needle-punched into this felt with felting needles. It can be felted further either by needle-punching or wet-felting. The wool felt decomposes easily and returns to the natural cycle.

Intended use: the felt can be used as is or combined with other materials Material: Felt made of 100% sheep wool: thickness approximately 4.5 mm, hardness approximately 0.09 g/cm³. One square meter weighs approximately 390 g.
Care: Felt is naturally dirt and water repellent. Wipe any stains off the surface immediately. Vacuuming, brushing and airing are good ways to care for it. If you wash the felt, its surface will change and its shape may also change. Due to the structure of the felt, small amounts of wool fibers will always come off, especially from the cut edge.
