Felt boots from Scotch Iona wool

Description

Felt boots for women are felted winter boots that keep you warm. These classical-styled boots have roomy last that lets you put extra socks or insoles in, if needed. Unique production method creates stylish, seamless boots, but it requires plenty of craftmanship. Very lightweight and durable.

Limited production of felt boots made from 100 % Scotch Iona wool. Wool comes from a small island so we can quarantee the well-being of animals and people involved in the process. The colour chosen matches the wellies used by the islanders. Collaboration with Iona Wool. Read more from here.

To be used as: outdoor shoes on cold dry weather. At its best on ice and snow.

Materials: 100 % Iona wool felt and tr-rubber sole. Felt is produced at our factory in Jämsä. Rubber sole is made in Finland.

Care: after use dry in a lukewarm place. Surface can be brushed, usually wool is self-cleaning so most stains come of after a while. This is caused by wool fibres swelling unevenly in the changes of moisture in the surrounding atmosphere. Any longer storage should take place in the dark, sunlight causes materials to fade and become brittle. Please note that there is no permanent moth protection on the product when storing. Do not let the products crush flat in storage. Filling the boot with newspaper keeps it in right shape and the odour of the ink acts as a moth repellent.
