Short felt boots

These short felt boots are crafted in Finland from dense 100% wool felt, a natural material known for its warmth, breathability and comfort. Wool regulates temperature, absorbs moisture and keeps feet warm without overheating, making these boots ideal for everyday wear throughout the colder seasons.

A soft faux fur collar adds both comfort and a refined finishing touch, giving the boots a warm feel around the ankle and a subtle design detail that enhances their look. The clean silhouette highlights the traditional felt-making expertise at Lahtiset’s factory in Jämsä, where the wool is processed and shaped entirely in-house. Each pair is handmade, resulting in durable and well-fitted boots that soften and adapt to the wearer’s feet over time.

To be used as: outdoor shoes on cold dry weather. At its best on ice and snow.

Materials: 100 % wool felt and rubber sole. Felt is produced at our factory in Jämsä starting from a wool blend. Rubber sole is made in Finland, fake fur comes from Italy.

Care: after use dry in a lukewarm place. Surface can be brushed, usually wool is self-cleaning so most stains come of after a while. This is caused by wool fibres swelling unevenly in the changes of moisture in the surrounding atmosphere. Any longer storage should take place in the dark, sunlight causes materials to fade and become brittle. Please note that there is no permanent moth protection on the product when storing. Do not let the products crush flat in storage. Filling the boot with newspaper keeps it in right shape and the odour of the ink acts as a moth repellent.
